the receptionist at the visitor trailer is very helpful and courteous. She is very pleasant and personable. It has made my visits as pleasurable as can be possible. I would like to hear from my family member who is houses there that he has been able to go outside in the fresh air. As to date, this has not happened. This does not seem humane. Our bodies need sunshine. I was told that they are shorthanded. That is not a reason, but an excuse. I will be contacting the Sheriff's Department to see what can be done to get the inmates outside. I am having phone issues with Securus that have not been resolved.
