My son died in this facility from Fentanyl Toxicity. Once there is a death don't have any expectations of any type of communication from the facility. They do not return calls or answer questions. The chaplain will call you to make you aware of the death and that\'s it. You will then begin to receive bills from the coroner, etc. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FACILITY AND THEIR LEADERSHIP TEAM and I lost my son..
