They are in direct and open violation of the updated BOP guidelines for Covid-19 safety protocols. They have a robust inmate transfer program simply for funding concerns and NOT for safety concerns. They're housing new arrivals who've tested positive for Covid-19 with established inmates who are in the late stages of 14 day quarantine's almost guaranteeing that either the new inmates of the quarantined inmates will continue to pass the virus around the facility affecting BOTH inates and Staff.
