My husband was sent to Rdu on a rider and it has been 2 weeks since he got there and there is no record of him being there yet. He has not been allowed to call me. They are supposedly experiencing a glitch in their system which is causing no one that is in RDU to show up in the system. So this means that he can't use the kiosks so we can't call I can't put money on his books so that he can order commissary and I can't order commissary for him because he just doesn't exist to them yet. This is absolutely unacceptable it says right on their website that they will be able to make a 1 minute phone call within 48 hours of getting there unless you put money on their books or on your own calling account. So I immediately put money on my account since I can't put it on his because apparently he doesn't exist. But it doesn't do any good because like I previously stated when I called to find out what the hell was going on with my husband last week I was told that since his number isn't recognized yet that he has no access to any kind of communications whatsoever. This is just so beyond unacceptable.
