Marshall county has horrible ethics and lacks values for individuals who are not their favored pets. They single out who they want and neglect the medical and emotional needs. They discipline without thoroughly checking into situations. It's unfair treatment and let's not go into the food. It lacks nutrition and trying to discipline inmates or leave them without for trying to force unsanitary foods or spoiled foods. I have made a very detailed complaint to the ACLU, and the complaint just keeps growing. I have reached out, the jailers obviously hate their jobs and are very noncompliant to their own obligations. The jail system is to encourage rehabilitation, not just house humans as dogs. And marshall county (most jailers) refuse to do their parts. I have documented and names. The invasion of privacy with no cause, the unfair unequal treatment and retaliation is completely illegal. But those power trips are real. I believe marshall county jail needs to give it's jailers some personal relations with there training and have a new system of how many jailers actually are a positive part of the community in rehabilitating these individuals that are set up for failure on day 2 of their stay in this facility.
