This place doesn't offer any kind of classes or trades, they're locked up in one room 24/7 , with minimal air conditioning and I've been told that they haven't been outside in over a month, that's unhealthy, no fresh air, are they trying to make these men go mental, because it certainly would drive me crazy. I'm trying to get my brother transferred out of here to a facility that does offer programs and fresh air.
