Family Member

I have a family member who unfortunately was sentenced to a white-collar crime. Due to Covid, instead of being in the camp he was put in solitary confinement and will be there for 2 to 3 weeks. I know this is for his protection, but it is disturbing not to have any information about his welfare. He has a host of medical issues, and his family is concerned and frustrated to have no one who can give us any information on his condition. Is there anyone we can contact to give us an insight as to how he is coping?
