I am always treated nicely when I come to visit my son but he says that the food is not the best and since hes a big boy I have to give a lot of money so he can get needed items that have to be paid for. The programs offered does not meet my standards he has not been able to participate in any class other than crochet and I don't think this is something that he will need when released. I'm not sure the reason but hes not able to particioate in any of the drug classes and no job that he can do to earn a little money. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS HE DOES NOT RECIEVE HIS MAIL! IT TAKE OVER THREE WEEKS TO RECIEVE ANYTHING! He has tried to bring it to the attention and the only thing they say is they're shot handed and that is not something that is allowed according they are required to give an inmate mail. I have attempted to contact the prison myself and the only the the mailroom will tell me is my son needs to follow procedure to report them which he has numerous times with no luck.I cannot get through to a warden or any other official to voice my problem and the people at the prison seem to know that so they have the freedom to do whatever they want.if anyone could enlighten me on how to contact someone that could make a difference it would be appreciated. The email address that o could recied mail is blueeyz2u@gmail.com

This facility is TERRIBLE my brother is being held in the SHU unable to use the phones or mail for something he didn't do. I call to try to find out why he isn't receiving any mail for months and I get the runaround. Something needs to be done about this location.
