Not enough phones for civilians to use! The gangs have them for their use only! Civilians have to wait hours for one of 2 phones. One which is now broken!

The inmates should be fed on a schedule. They have to go 9 hours without eating and I don’t mean at night. They feed them at 8:00am and they don’t eat again until 5:00pm. I think anyone (criminal or not) should be treated this way. It is bad enough that they have to sit in a hot box (in 100+ degrees) weather. If we were to treat children or animals that way we would be locked up as well.
