Request to have private consultation with personal psychiatrist is being denied. Two years now trying to allow inmate access to his psychiatrist. Request through chain of command has never reach their Psychiatry Department.

My brother is in Fort Dix and has been there since beginning of 2022. Since that time they have been on COVID lockdown: not getting fresh air from being outside, not being allowed to visit library etc. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and there are 390 men secluded in a small space adding body heat. Can anyone imagine what that is like for a human being? Even dogs get air conditioning w he en caged. This inhumane treatment and I don't know what to do.
