My boyfriend/husband is incarcerated at the Northeastern New Mexico Correctional Facility. And from what he tells me it's bad in somethings. I understand that correctional officers give inmates a hard time when they don't like them. Another example is that he sent me a bracelet for my birthday, somehow it was never found i never received it and according to them they did. Since COVID they have been having bologna sandwiches everyday up to about a few days ago now its hot meals. They are not getting there hygiene packs so now they need to have money for sure on there books for commissary. Yes, I understand they are inmates however they are human and to some extent they have rights.
