Most of mine and my son's experiences are cautiously tolerable. We follow rules and stay out of trouble. While constantly having to handle being ignored, lied to and our rights being totally ignored! Mail does not get delivered and packages or complete contents just disappear. Unit managers allow inmates to enter their offices when they're not there while packages are right there waiting to be given to inmates which leads to some or even all items come up missing. With no explanation or being able to talk to anyone about it. Trousdale Turner Correctional Center is a dangerous place for anyone who has to walk through those doors. All the families I've been blessed to talk with all agree if we could get someone to listen and close this death trap down so we can have some peace in our lives during this process of incarceration. This facility brags about how wonderful it is...truth is they've become as bad or worse than the worse criminals in the prison. When they get people in there who care more about the inmates than themselves and money things might get better. But I really think they've had more than enough chances to change it's time to act. Thanks.

The only review I can leave is the interaction of the phone calls and what I want to know. Nobody ever answers the phone when it comes to visiting with our loved one. Poor way to promote the relationships like you do stress the importance of.
