I’ve been trying since September 4 2021 to get the warden or assistant warden to call me back about the abuse and unfair treatment of my son Maurice Wiggins 00459505 by the warden and his staff!! I’ve left messages with the wardens sectretary and still no call back as of today 11/20/21. I’ve talked personally with captain Moon on the phone on 11/4/21 in which he said he would have the warden call us which hasn’t happen as of this day!! We are very concerned about our son because it appears that the warden/ management of this facility is unfair because our son made parole in July 2021 and has not been given the opportunity to get his 200 hours of class needed to come home because of antics by the warden/management at this facility!!! My son had been moved to another facility West Tn because the management/warden knew they didn’t have have the class he needed to go home!! He was then sent back to Whiteville in which the warden/management continues to try and set him up by giving him bogus write ups in an attempt to revoke his parole!!! The warden/management have recently had an disciplinary hearing for him in which he or our lawyer was not in attendance!! My son now sit in the hole as of now because of this management/warden unfair treatment!!! We are very concerned and disappointed in this management’s unprofessional behavior!!! We will get to bottom of this situation and other situations that has occurred in Whiteville even if we have to get the news media involved!!! We love our son and want give up on getting him the justice he deserves because of this unfair treatment!!! Stay Tune!!!
