Family Member

They offer no amenities to make communication easier for loved ones far away. They still require paper letters as the only form of communication for letters. There are no emails or messaging options other than paper letters. Visiting is done onsite. Which for some is impossible. I’m sure the inmates have much frustration about the lack of options available for communication. I know I do. Also two of the three phones in my husbands pod are broken. Which leads to less calling and long lines. This prison could benefit greatly by updating their communication options.
