I

Former Inmate

Overall it is what it is. As for staff, some are good and care about the inmates needs and others are crappy and don't care. I was disappointed with the LT with exception of McWilliams. The LT think their crap don't stink and was very disrespectful. Medical was very very poor but you guys know that already. Chaplin Ritz is very caring. Hopefully you guys are thrilled to have him. That Kinard guy is a joke. He's very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't do crap in the drug program and messes with guys in the RDAP program. Hopefully he gets monitored because he doesn't deserve to be in an authority position. I only blame myself that I put myself in prison but we're people that have feelings, family, etc just like staff. Were not just a number and it's to bad most of the staff see us as a piece of crap.
