Why are the phones for inmates constantly going down for them to use? This time at the SMU-1 have been down for over a week.

calling meadows prison is impossible. They don't answer, no way to leave a message to confirm visit appointment. Most of us work full time and can't spend hours re-dailing. At the very least let us leave a message WITH a call back to confirm.. And please turn the air on!! Its nearly 100 degrees outside and it was awful there last weekend. Many of the visitors (and inmates) are older and are being put in danger. Please correct this liablity.
