All i can say is noines child should have ti be afraid behind some gang bullying him or her.why i feel noine should have to fear for theur lives to where they feel protective custody is the only option.how awful to be in a cell 24 7 days a week.so ruff already in the system.i think there should be a unit for all pcs that dint wanr to be harrassed
