I haven't actually gotten to visit in person yet (Covid and all), but from what I've been told from the ones incarcerated... the food is horrible. A brown-ish blob on a tray. Guards, for the most part are ok. Just doing their job. Of course there's always an exception or 2. Idk about the library and such. I do know my loved one has requested friends and family have books sent to them so I'm guessing the library is somewhat lacking.
