Why are there only limited hours of 2 hours a day for Rec when it was already signed into effect by higher ups to allow the inmates 4 hours . Including letting inmates take Rec over 3 hours before actual rec time so they can sit with nothing else to do . It’s ridiculous and a violation of the prisoners basic rights
