Thus facility urgently needs an upgrade and a thorough cleaning. The place is old and very filthy. Inmates are confined to small cells and can only leave cells during rec..thus includes time to take shower and make phone calls. Mice are rampant in cells. Commissary food is delivered haven been gnawed at by mice and inmates must triple bag any commissary food to keep mice out. No air conditioning and ineffective fans/ airflow. Cells are humid during summer and ice cold during winter. Cells and common areas as well as visiting area are not sanitized or cleaned.
