Former Inmate

the treatment of both detained inmates innocent and not guilty for an alleged crime grouped into the same treatment and civil rights taken prior to a conviction, with those who have been convicted and found guilty seems to be a huge civil rights violation. should not someone who is just arrestesed because anyone in the state of ms can file a felony affidavit without any evidence of a crime ( example; a ms citizen who doesnt own property in state of ms can go to justice court and sign an affidavit that another citizen committed a felony trespass on their property ( that they dont own any of in ms) will have alleged tresspasser arrested and if unable to afford a bond given by a voted in judge with no criminal knowledge or degree or even qualified above popularity, sets a bond alleged tresspasser can not pay.... for an alleged felony trespass charge on property that doesnt even exist to be trespassed on) said "inmate" in the example iss grouped into, and civil rights violated and stripped as the same of convicted criminals such as murderers, rapist, child molestors, armed robbers...... how is this even legal in the United States of America, where our Civil RIghts are written in what one may say "stone" since our great nation was formed? how is said alleged criminal required to pay a bond on a illigitimate crime that someone signed an affidavit on? and yet, those who sign these fake affidavit charges never are required to have any accountability for said fake affidavit charges? should those who file false charges at least be responsible for reimbursing those they file these false charges on, bond? and for example any day that those they file false charges on. a monetary reimbusement for every hour inside a jail or prison/s walls? and in case false affidavit is upheld by local law enforcement due to the "good ole boy" menatlity, or as in our case, investagator is family of one who filed false affidavit, is even upgraded from misdimenor charge to felony, and with no accountbility for any law enforcement actions in small town county sherriff departments; happens to make it to a grand jury; where said sherriff investigators purjur themselves (once again because no accountabily is ever held for law enforcement for purjury, or using personal prejudices or family and neighbor "favors" this alleged tresspasser happens to be indicted; CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SAME EXACT CRIME; responsible for yet another bond, more legal fees at $400-- $600 an hour and also have the slander and liable of jail docket in local paper ; and also mental damage to personal and family. this is ther great state of MS? and these innocent people who have actually broken not one single crime; is grouped into this marion walthall county jail with convicted, multiple offense; hardened criminals and treated the same... their civil rights and innocence until proven guilty means absolutely nothing in this backwoods good ole boy ran, Marion County Jail, where corruption and "favors" given by Law Enforcement of Marion Co Sherriff Dept and illegal activities... is not only upheld by our great state of MS, but if a citizen ever wants to stand up and fight for the Rights and Laws against corruption, CAN NOT!!!! BECAUSE the great stae of MS pays for and and all legal battles upholding said law enforcement and pays for any and all legal fees up into the hundreds of thousands for years, where as a citizen who even with above avg income could never afford to actually make to court. as said due to a false affidavit, a corrupt purjuring Marion Co Sherriff investigator Glenn Lowery known for his corruption, purjury, and "favors" given out.... continuously tortures, and ruins innocent lives and families and never has any accountabilty for any actions in this small town good ole boy Sherriff Dept with some of the best of the best and honest good hard working lawmen you could ever find; who feel beaten down and give up... only because of the other half of corruptive, paid off under the counter, corrupt sherriff officers and investigators who tend to claim only half of the drugs, guns, or moneys found in any "drug bust" or "lucky pull over" in this county. Our state"s crime will never ever have any way of deminishing even a percent, until those who are responsible for enforcing laws, and holding criminals accountable.... are themselves NOT CRIMINALS COMMITTING WORSE ACTS THAN THE CRIMINALS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PICK AND CHOOSE!!!
