I've attempted to contact case manager regarding my loved ones safety and constantly placed on hold, no feed back no call back. I've reached out on multiple occasions regarding gang related threats and received no help. the inmate has attempted to reach out and nothing got resolved. This place is very unprofessional and should be shut down. There are no programs. officers are ran by gangs and it's just very unfortunate that it's called the department of corrections when there is nothing being corrected. These people do not care.
