I

Former Inmate

I just releas from there 1-22-22 anthem joint is understaffed.you can see the "dead" look in the c/o's eyes due to being overworked. The recent hires within the past two years are a incompetent bunch.before my release I wrote the warden about this matter.if he reads this he'll remember me because I asked him if the prerequisite to become a c/o was "to eat a box of crayon and not the small box, I'm talking about the big one with the sharpener on the back" I don't care I'll put my name out there it's Travis weisgerber inmate# 448087. I will say this though the correctional officers do treat inmates with dignity and respect, with the exception of captain scullion.he should not be in a leadership position. I whole heatedly am sympathetic to the correctional officers situation of being under staffed.it should be shut if they cannot properly staff it because I can see it as a powder keg ready to blow.o am glad to be outta there.
