My loved one was transferred to jessup over a month ago and is still on the intake unit where he is only allowed to come out of his cell for 1 hour once a day . From my understanding this is the only unit that is not allowed rec or a more humane time to be out of the cell. I believe this is cruel and unusual punishment and no human being should be treated as such
