This place is a DISGRACE, they have terrible organization and no control over the inmates, gang rivalry, or even their own employees. They have offered no life improvement, college, or GED classes during this entire past year. Prisoners are constantly on Lock-Down due to "inadequate staff" while drugs and alcohol run rampant. They are ridiculously behind getting inmates transferred to lower security facilities once its been approved. An ABSOLUTE JOKE of a prison, where it should be helping reintegrate our men back into society and in becoming healthy productive citizens, instead only creates bigger more addicted monsters to send back onto the streets. No wonder those prison doors are revolving if this place is any example of MD State Prisons.
