I have been back and forth with Lakeland facility and GTL(visitation scheduling) to visit my loved one for months now. Neither side has been able to fix the issue as to why I can’t schedule a visit. I haven’t been able to see my loved one because they can’t seem to connect properly and fix the issue. Lakeland Facility’s operator was very rude when I tried to explain my situation and had no means of helping me. She clearly had an issue with me asking for help. GTL can’t seem to figure out the issue as to why I’m not in Lakeland’s system and they continue to tell me to call Lakeland to fix the issue. I have called both GTL and Lakeland multiple times and I am still unable to schedule a visit. Lakeland has already approved my application but yet I still can’t visit. Why is no one able to fix this issue? Why is it so hard to visit a loved one? This should have been an easy fix but yet no one seems to know how to fix it. I’m simply beyond frustrated at this point.
