After going through a lengthy application process and many phone calls to finally get approved I cannot schedule on site visits due to GTL website not allowing me to.

I never imagined when my daughter was incarcerated that we would not be able to see her AT ALL and the GTL online visitation leaves a lot to be desired as you cannot see the person clearly, only pixels and they can't hear me and visa versa. Nobody seems to know what the policies are for visitation or care. The exposure to COVID goes unchecked. Needless to say this has been a nightmare and I was just hung up on 3 times by the Warden Lewis phone trying to connect to speak to him. What kind of moral capacity does your prison system conduct itself by? You have no compassion for these inmates who you treat like animals, no better than being in a Russian work camp!!!
