I new someone who was sent there and 3 days later they were dead they said it was a heart attack smh

This place is filthy, I'd say 95% of the staff are rude to visitors and there is only one working telephone that 100 men are supposed to share. Oh and only 5 toilets for 100 men to share. That's disgusting.
