Staff are rude and disrespectful to visitors. Program rarely runs and they are always on lockdown. The substance abuse program is terrible - always gets canceled, and when it runs the basic material is about different drugs and how they make a person feel - ineffective for recovery from addiction. Honestly this prison is shocking.

It seems impossible to get a reply to an email, impossible to get a human to speak on the phone, been trying for a year. Ordered prescription eyeglasses for my inmate friend, kept them simple and plastic, facility rejected them without explanation. Educational program choices seem meagre. Some of the problems may be covid-related.
