My daughter in law applied for visitation. They denied it and claimed her signature was a copy of a signature. And for that reason she was not approved. We are completely confused and dumbfounded as to why she would opt to send a copy of her own signature, rather than just signing it. Her signature was next to my son's signature in PENCIL. But in truth she literally filled out the paper work in front of me, signed it and I mailed hers and mine the same day. They claimed they tested it. I call bs. I feel they make traumatized family members going through the separation of a loved one even harder as a way to pass time. The cruelty experienced is unnecessary and inhumane. Delaying the process of visitation when we haven't spoken to him in weeks is cruel.
