My Son is incarcerated @ Southwestern Correctional Center in East St.Louis, Illinois. He says it is well over 100 degrees on the deck. He tells me he, his clothes, and his bed sheets are constantly wet because of the extreme heat index. That is not justice. That is torture and being cooked.
