Contact institutional officers numerous times and never given any direct information that is helpful always left with more questions than I started with. Inmate was in front of parole board almost exactly a month ago was given treatment option still has not been sent for treatment nor does anyone know when or where he will be sent for treatment still. Not only is his family and friends contacting the institutions and officers and parole officers trying to find information out on the inmates and get the inmate through the treatment and home to successful home plan but the inmate has also done several in-house contacts and is never answered by any of the Officers in the facility he is in and is supposed to be contacting for help and guidance.
