I think all businesses have faced a crisis due to lack of employees. Your facility will need to approach the hiring process differently and use tactical training but not hire someone based on if they pass a background check or look like they physically handle the scope. Your fellow employees seem to be steering the pot, with the act with no authority but aggression . they have an attitude they are above the la and could possibly be abusing your inmates sexually that results in physical harm.. If I hear one more incident occur . I will contact The Muslim Civil Right Advocates, ACLU, and CAIR.
