My husband is in R&E at kirkland and there are times that they do not see an officer during the day or night. Also he has yet to be classified to get a release date. When you call down to kirkland all they tell you is it takes 30-90 days to classify an inmate when in the book the inmates are reading on codes and regulations it clearly states max is 60 days. So if someone only has a 1 year sentence they gonna do almost all their time in R&E because they can not get classified in a timely manner. This needs to be fixed so that neither the inmate nor their family has to wonder when they will get to see their lived one again.
