My son whom has about 7 months until release was rail-roaded into a drug charge that a lieutenant found in a locker located near his bunk. Meth and other drugs were found and a cell phone. They promised a thorough investigation which didn't happen. Based on proximity, an officer stating she heard his mother say she would call him back from a phone recording and that he hadn't call his mother in over 2 months, his hearing concluded that he was guilty. Even though 2 officers testified in his defense. The drug packaging was not tested for fingerprints, the cell phone was not examined and numbers checked; incoming and outgoing, he was not drug tested. So in conclusion, circumstantial evidence does not justify guilt. He will appeal and I will announce this to all media in South Carolina and in Georgia where his family lives. And I will try to get his mother to speak personally with the warden.

These guards are cruel and disgusting. They need to get rid of the ones they got especially the men and start over. They treat the inmates as though they are animals. Like they have not done anything wrong in their lives . They give people a bit of authority and it goes to their heads I mean literally and no one does anything about it. Yes they made a mistake but they are in prison trying to get better and turn their lives around. But no people won’t leave them alone . How would it affect them if it was one of their own being treated like a dog and they couldn’t help them? Stop being a control freak let the people do their time and get out ! God is definitely going to take them reap what they sow and it won’t be long ! But one thing I say they better let up off my family member.
