The mental health of my love one has declined due to the physical conditions of his cellmate /and his living conditions / being that his cellmate can't get any help or medical won't help him with his skin condition and medical keeps cancelling his appointments with them and to that effect his cellmate works in the kitchen we're he preparing food and having to wear socks over his body so his skin won't fall in the food my love one has to continue to sweep and wipe his personal things off to remove access skin from his belongings !!! The skin problems of his cellmate is getting into his food and / drinks his living conditions are taking an toll on him physically and mentally which is a concern for his family!!!
