I

Former Inmate

The facility is plagued with acts of aggression on the part of the majority of officers. I personally witnessed a Srgt. slap a wheelchair-bound septuagenarian (Z. Gordon) for nothing more than speaking his mind. In addition, the medical facilities receive constant interference from officers, in particular, CO Dumas. While inmates are being medicated, he seeks to instigate confrontations and gets involved with medication administration.

I

Former Inmate

Programming is a joke, services are weak, I was sent to A.R.T. and all that happened there was inmates were smoking tobacco and duece while officers inside and out ignored what was happening. There is a lot of officers doing overtime and basically doing nothing to prevent things from happening. Package room is terrible from missing items (theft) to uneven regulations about acceptable items. The tailor shop supervisor, La Flesh acts like she is a CO and plays favorites. Has had an ongoing relationship with inmate Persad.
