I personally have not gone to visit my son yet at this prison but on the phone I experienced an officer. His name is Sgt. Rogers, he is in the "Property Dept.". An excellent young man. I voiced what my issue was and he was very kind and took care of the situation right away. I would definitely suggest speaking with him if you have any issues having to do with your loved ones property.
