unable to serve a summons to my wife. It was mailed twice & e noticed once . Unable to even reach anyone to speak with on 10 /04 / 2023 ..... One can only assume that everyone is ignoring incoming calls. I'm from Indianapolis Indiana , We are able to contact our prisons by phone. I'm not familiar with prisons as a rule. I just want to divorce my wife. I still care about her but unable to put up with criminal activity. If you are someone who knows how to reach Florida's Women's Reception Center for purposes of serving a summons , please inform me. It's hard to give a opinion on a place that you're unable to reach !
