My Husband is currently incarcerated there. He calls me and tells me about the awful food they have there. One gross example is Pork Lasagna. I mean really? The officers there most are African American from Houston-the bad part. You have some that are from Africa. Their Accent is so thick, the offenders can't understand them. The offender kitchen workers steal just about all the good food, like Cheese from the chow hall, the officers either don't care or look the other way.
