The facility leaks, has rodents, and inmates breaking out in rashes with no medical attention. The staff can't ever answer a question. Their response is" I Don't Know" and won't try and find out. You have to force them to get you an answer. They are lazy and slow with no respect of the time you want to spend with your loved one.The warden does not return your calls regarding concerns. The male medical worker is rude and sarcastic...like you're irrelevant. To show some empathy to family would be appreciated and help us deal with this unfortunate ordeal which affects all families.
