I can not express the unpleasant experience I had with this place over the phone. Giving one star is being generous. I sent a video of one conversation I had with one of the officers and hopefully they will take it into consideration. I called yesterday to speak with someone about why they were not letting particular inmates out into the day room and to use the phones. Ms. Buzby ( I think how you spell it) was extremely rude and ill mannered. Her entire professionalism made us uncomfortable about her position and abuse of power. If not given the proper training on how to deal with people over the phone or inmates. Our loved ones in the prison will suffer. Iam informing you because I do not want others experiencing this. Inmate Or not deserve kindness and respect. Ima sure you will take action of this.
